• Senior Sales Manager, responsible for Advanced solution Sales from NICE – Interaction Analytics, Real Time Impact, Quality Optimization, Workforce Management  and etc

• Responsibility:
• Sales of NICE Software licenses and support to customers in Russia, strong positioning of DIS and NICE on this market;
• Consulting services and projects sales connected to NICE software;
• Experience & qualification required:
• Knowledge of CRM, call centres/software/CRM sales
• Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and processes, with a working knowledge of telephony/IP systems
• Experience and track record of selling software applications
• Able to work independently under general direction towards predetermined longer-term goals
• Ability to work as part of an interdependent team, building supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues in order to meet objectives
• Ability to navigate self and within partner organisations
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint
• Ability to relate business issues to technical solutions and technical issues to business solutions
• Ability to map technical and commercial value to broader business goals
• Ability to relate to customer issues and capable of advising partners on how to apply solutions to meet the needs of customer specific environments
• Exceptional professional presentation and communication skills
