• Обязанности:
• Drive launch team to have responsibility for each functional area of the start-up
• Coach and motivate the launch team to encourage ownership and responsibility for the activities (functional deliverables and reporting) within the project team
• Key interface between Supplier Development Team and plant launch team to achieve the program's targets on time, cost, quality and manufacturing feasibility
• Coordinate identification of launch team and work with functional managers to identify the training needs and create training plans
• Ensure program adherence to BOS
• Ensure launch activities and reporting according to PLUS
• Ensure that MEQ standards are understood and used
• Create start-up plan, maintain timeline, Manufacturing Readiness and open issues list to ensure the program achieves customer milestones, internal deliverables, and engineering deadlines and plant start-up in line program timeline
• Collect and prepare launch start up cost with GPM
• Manage Launch Start up cost according to program budget
• Ensure Operations agreement on Capital, Tooling Equipment and other Plant related costs and investments for Program Budget
• Component Division Specific - develop, in conjunction with other functional areas, the program Launch Costs, Piece  Costs, investment Costs and where applicable Engineering Costs
• Manage costs to targets from Phase 1 to SOP + 90 days
• Supervise the launch performance report
• Monitor Ramp Schedule of customer production build quantities and dates needed
• Supervise Manufacturing review
• Ensure that all required quality documentation (PFMEA, Control plan) is completed and approved both internally and by the customer for the regional projects
• Monitoring of timely completion Supplier Process Sign-Off and Parts Submission at suppliers
• Ensuring that Key Suppliers are present during the launch and are integrated in to team and are effective
• Identify program risks, quantify, develop mitigation strategy, report to the Supplier Development Team and management, and execute the risk mitigation strategy with the Launch Team
• Требования :
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Quality/Engineering/Process experience
• Program Management Experience incl
• At least 2 product launches
• Manufacturing Operations Experience
• Quality Management (PPAP/APQP)
• Lean Manufacturing (JCMS) 
• MS Project, MS Office, Lotus Notes
• Russian fluent, English fluent, German would be advantage
