• The Consultant in Enterprise Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology
• Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will work with Microsoft's partners to assist customers in:
• The delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft's solution areas, technologies and products in diverse client environments
• Stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments
• The design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies
• Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the developed solution
•  Basic requirements:
• Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
•  
• At least 3 - 5 years related IT experience
•  
• Work experience should involve technical consulting, development, and deployment
• Should have experience of virtual team leading
• Understanding of Project Management basics
• Proficiency in English (able to maintain a conversation in business environment)
• Technical skills and knowledge:
• 3+ years of Web development experience using MS products and technologies
• At least 2 years’ experience in SharePoint development
• Experience in SharePoint 2010 is a significant advantage as well as experience in SharePoint administration
• At least basic knowledge of MS infrastructure products: Active Directory, MS Exchange
• Good knowledge of and experience in using ASP
• NET, C#,  Javascript, jQuery, XSLT, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge and experience in Silverlight, MS SQL Server 2005/2008 is a plus
• Full lifecycle experience in designing and delivering large scale intranet/extranet portal solutions
• Good knowledge and understanding of software development processes and methodologies (RUP, MSF, etc
