What
The Digital Services Manager is responsible for managing the Digital Services demand and customer relationship for a specific country, in line with global Digital Services strategy, and provides hands on tailored support for the local markets (1 year contract)
Key tasks:
Overall
• Act as the single point of contact for the region and build a network of Digital Services customers in order to be involved at an early stage on (local) initiatives, projects and activities potentially requiring Digital Services involvement
• Keep the country stakeholders informed on Digital Services strategy, support and promote Digital Services where possible
• Align and liaise with the Digital Services Team in India to manage the workload (tickets) and priorities for the country
• Track and chase issues with local country stakeholders
Daily Activities
• Acts as the country first line helpdesk for online (product) content publication, supporting the Philips content management chain, including:
o Product (content) publication support (LCB, CCR, Scene7)
o Catalogue and pricing management for the philips
RU (via LCB)
o Dealer locator maintenance
• Assists the country stakeholders with the implementation of local initiatives, promotions and campaigns
Involve the India back office or the Netherlands Front Office where necessary
• Plans, coordinates and executes the implementation of local initiatives, promotions and campaigns
• Plans, coordinates and executes the implementation of global initiatives, promotions and campaigns for the country according to global Digital Services planning in cooperation with the India back office or the Netherlands Front Office
o UAT testing of the upcoming global online content (category pages)
o Localization: adding local content on request of marketing
• Prepares and optimizes content for Organic Search (SEO) for all marketing categories of CL
• Shares knowledge and provides on-site training on the end to end landscape
Weekly/Monthly Activities
• Report on performance: new tickets, open tickets, closed tickets, First Time Right, throughput times
• Identify and report opportunities for improving the Digital Services support in the country
• Report on agreed KPIs on services performed onsite
• Web analytics/Reporting
o Prepares monthly reports
o Advises on omniture tagging and reporting options
Key Skills required
• University education
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Russian)
• Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in online
• Quality focus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• HTML/CSS
• Photoshop
• Client- / service-oriented
• Solution- / result-oriented
• Hands-on mentality
• 2+ years’ related full-time work experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
