• Responsibilities:

• Client Service/Support
• Sought out by senior level client for general counsel and strategic marketing consulting; able to quickly forge strong relationships and command respect among senior level clients
• Proactively identify current and emerging key business issues relevant to client businesses and convey to Nielsen senior management to serve as input for guiding future direction
• Guide junior staff’s preparation of client correspondence and oversee communication with clients
• Maintain/improve client satisfaction levels based on client satisfaction survey
• Analytical
• Actively seeks to meaningfully improve existing services/analyses/deliverables, or launch new services, for the company
• Lead account team’s implementation of new techniques
• Review final forecast for quality, consistency, overall soundness and fit with the bigger picture and client’s overall business goals
• Demonstrate sound understanding of marketing and market research/industry techniques and practices and how they apply to our business
• Project Management
• Advocate effective project management and efficient work processes
• Provide support and guidance to team members on difficult designs and cost estimating
• Effectively communicate issues/changes within project team or to client, if necessary
• Meet internal and external deadlines and ensure team meets or exceed client timing expectations; provide prompt feedback on time sensitive project issues
• Sales/Financial
• Account planning and own overall account strategies which recognize and address key client needs while focusing on broad growth, new business, and budgeting for the account group
• Ensure project costs and prices yield revenue and margins that meet company goals
• Identify potential new clients and/or increase penetration within existing clients
• Promote and implement full range of Nielsen services to existing clients
• Manage costs
• Requirements:
• Higher degree (major well-known state Universities)
• English – fluent
• Experience in international companies
• Excellent analytical skills (testing)
• Client management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Managerial experience is a plus
