• Our client, a famous global company in FMCG sphere, is looking for IT Specialist
• Responsibilities :
• Customers IT support – working on 2nd line;
• Local user support in terms of Information technologies;
• Resolving incidents (customer applications and IT infrastructure);
• Control inc i dents status and progress;
• Maintenance of IT Infrastructure (LAN, user workstations, telephony etc
• ) at second line of IT-support;
• System administration of client workstations, including operation of the MS Windows software, MS Office software and other applications used within company;
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment and software;
• Technical assistance in implementation of IT department projects;
• Day time operating shedule (8 hours, 5 days per a week)
• Requrements:
• Higher education (or last year students);
• Customer oriented;
• Expert computer literacy (IT infrastructure, TCP\IP networks, Microsoft Office applications is a must, good experience in other major software applications);
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals (office printers, etc
• );
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, responsibility, professional attitude, willingness to learn; 
• ITIL;
• Intermediate English is a must, ability to work with English interface software (fluent English would be a plus);
• Ability to work under pressure
