• Responsabilities:

• Provide sales and distributors’ teams with relevant tools (planograms, merchandising guidelines);
• Build up forecasts for merchandising items based on launch plan and distribution needs;
• Assist, check and follow all merchandising orders by distributors;
• Update Brand equipment database and POS materials database;
• Supervise merchandising shipments (incl
• Certification);
• Supervise the execution of Brand merchandising and visual standards in store;
• Work collaboratively with distributors to develop appropriate in-store merchandising support;
• Conduct store visits and provide clear feedback when detailing stores;
• Understand and report on the competitive landscape to strengthen merchandising programs and strategies;
• Build and maintain photo library of Brand installations as well as competition;
• Complete all tasks as assigned by the Merchandising manager;
• Ensure all company standards and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner
•   Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, prioritization and organizational skills;
• Good balance between coordination and creative skills;
• Ability to meet all deadlines and targets;
• Team player;
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and experience in beauty industry are desirable;
• MS Excel – advanced;
• Photoshop – intermediate;
• English - intermediate
