• Key functions:
• Full coordination and management of new product launch (new product line within life business of the company)
• Key zones of responsibility will include:
• Monitoring and analysis of market data to define opportunities
• Coordination of project within the company with departments involved to deliver result and ensure that the project moves on
• Coordination of the project and negotiations with partner to ensure balance of interests, successful implementation and roll-out
• Prepare opportunity and feasibility study for new products or new business areas    
• Develop commercial offers in co-operation with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Finance and IT)
• Maintain and develop effective relations with partners (mainly Societe Generale group banks), with focus on marketing and products departments of partners    
• Manage multiple/complex projects of product development
• Be able to track statuses of projects, inform regularly management of the company and of partners, address performance issues/delays        
• Coordinate development and update of all contractual documents within related projects 
• Communicate to Head Office (Paris) current statuses of projects, status explanations/details; prepare proposals on projects speed ups and efficiency
• Education / Experience level:
• Higher education
• Experience in insurance field
• Experience in life insurance and savings would be a key advantage
• Experience in consulting would be appreciated
• Candidate should be able to work/negotiate with top management of partners      
• Ideal candidate has an experience in  Product development area
• Good sense of relationship     
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Project management experience is a must      
• English: not less than upper intermediate, advanced would be an advantage
