• to join our Staffing team for a 6 month engagement in our Commercial Staffing Team Russia

• Your Profile:
• ·         Previous experience in recruiting roles is essential, experience of working within an agency environment would be an advantage
• ·         Fluency Russian, good command of English
• ·         Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• ·         Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
• ·         Good ability to work in a matrix environment
• ·         Good influencing, coaching and counselling skills
• ·         Good customer service skills
• ·         Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
