• Previous Experience of Revenue Management / Reservation / Sales in Hospitality
• Excellent attention to detail, good analytical skills

• Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for implementing strategies to maximize revenue from your hotel
• You are responsible for the deployment of processes, training, methods and tools adapted and you ensure that all Revenue Management processes are set up in your hotel
• perform strategic analysis to maximize the revenue of the hotel, and ensure they are always in line with the market
• collect the information necessary to establish a database of bookings and events
• analyze the performance of the hotel and look after the market and competitors
• propose solutions for the adaptation of the strategy
• lead a monthly analysis of results
• forward the reservations team and receiving processes to follow
• regularly check the quality of data and update them
• follow the market in terms of pricing
• help the annual budget preparation
• take the right decisions about the strategy
• calculate the availability and provide estimates for its budget and strategy
• recommend for changing strategy in order to react quickly to changes in behavior
• make necessary reports
• work with CRS
