• Job summary
• Perform monthly close of the books in the in the corporate system
• Act as a key SAP user;
• Cost control on observance of company’s policies and procedures;
• Internal control of company’s corporate policies;
• Perform credit management activities
• ;
• Perform a variety of day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
• Main responsibilities
• Closing the month according to the management accounting principles and upload the data in the corporate system (HYPERION);
• Key user and bearing primary responsibility for the implementation of the FI module of the SAP system
• Keep master data up-to-date in the system;
• Ensure proper spend according to the budget and in compliance with all internal policies (travel, entertainment, marketing, cars, phones, other
• );
• Ensure the compliance with all internal controls and corporate policies (revenue recognition, Deligation of Authorities , segregation of duties, accruals and provisions, etc
• ) Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with government standards;
• Perform all credit management activities related to proposing and update of credit limits, preparation of weekly overdue reports and forecasts, contact of customers and Key Account Managers to manage overdue receivables effectively;
• Negotiate and advise on collection of overdue bills and takes appropriate action to recover overdue payments in accordance with Deligation of Authorities
• Perform a variety of accounting of day-to-day activities related to documentation of the commission and consulting services performed for the BG principal;
• Perform a variety of accounting of day-to-day activities related to fixed assets, VAT records;
• Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report accounts receivables transactions;
• Ensure that transaction entry verification procedures are followed

• Background and Experience  
• 5 years of experience in accounting, not less than 3 of which as a Senior Accountant;
• Knowledge in accounting and tax legislation of
• Russian Federation;
• A bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory;
• Experience in budget control and internal audit is a plus;
• Background in a multicultural company environment would be an asset
